shit.....

so i come home today and there's "summons" taped to my computer for a bill my brother racked up on my cell phone almost 4 years ago.....

it was back in the day when my brother was messin up like BIG TIME and he used my cellphone and racked up about $1500 worth of charges calling california and all wierd places.....

i paid it down a bit at the time.....and then got frustrated cos i wanted HIM to pay it because it was HIS fault.....

but he never did.....

and i was pissed so i stopped paying it cos at the time i didn't have the money......

i got another phone......and i forgot about it......

until today......

came home and they're coming after me for the remaining balance of $725.48 plus interest of $15.09.....which is what the bill came down to when i stopped paying it.......they are also coming after me for a filing fee of $50....and an attoney fee of $250.....for a grand total of $1040.50

grrrrr......

i just wanna get it all squared a way......i'm just pissed that i forgot about it......and haven't collected anything from my brother......and I'M going to have to pay for it......my brother won't......that's why it's lapsed this long......4-freakin-years......it was around the time when he stole my car and i had to call the cops on him for that......

just when i thought things were going to finally turn around for me......

things in the past just keep poppin up and biting me in the ass.......

my life sucks
