Movie Review: Birth

well tonight i watched BIRTH at the dollar theaters....it was a very strange movie....not something i would recommend....it starred nicole kidman....it's about shawn and anna....shawn and anna were married....shawn dies and comes back as a 10 year old boy right as anna agrees to remarry....kinda of a wierd movie cos you're wonder if it really is the dead husband reincarnated....anyway....the movie draws a very fine line between anna and her husband-back-from-the-dead-in-the-form-of-a-10-yr-old-boy....there is even a somewhat disturbing scene when anna (nicole kidman) in sitting in the bathtub, and shawn (the 10 yr old boy claiming to be her husband) walks in, strips and gets in the tub with her and anna does nothing to stop him....he gets in the tub and they're sitting there and she asks him what he's doing and he simply says "i'm looking at my wife"....kinda brought thoughts of a teacher/student relationship in my mind....anyway....it's just a wierd movie all together....it could have been made better....especially since you can clearly see the BOOM MIC at least 4 times floating at the top of the screen....pretty damn noticeable....it pissed me off....i mean they could of edited that shit out....it was not well put together....however even at the end, you're left wondering if this boy was reincarnated....made ya think....

BIRTH was a movie that i prolly won't see again....
