grrrr.....people

people sometimes......they piss me off sometimes.......i swear, i want all my clients to take an IQ test......and if it isn't high enough......i can refuse to help them......

this idiot client wants to book a family vacay in honolulu and then DRIVE to maui......i told him that they are different islands and you can't DRIVE to maui from oahu, you have to fly......and then he started getting mad cos HIS FRIEND drove to maui from honolulu.......and he wants to do the same thing......then i asked this guy if his friend took a ferry......and then he said no, maui is just on the other side of honolulu......and i told him it's not......it's a different island......then he gets REALLY REALLY mad and pulls out of his pocket a map that someone DREW.......slaps it down on my desk and yells LOOK!!!!!......showing honolulu on one coast and maui on the other coast with a road across the middle connecting the two.......AND I STARTED LAUGHING MY ASS OFF.......i grabbed my atlas and showed him that honolulu (which is on the island of oahu) and maui were on TWO different islands and you cannot just DRIVE between the two......the two islands aren't even NEXT to each other......and then, he gets all mad telling me that HE'S right......his FRIEND drove to maui and HE wants to too and if *I* don't want his business that i should just tell him instead of argueing with him and he stormed out....... customer's always right my ass......
